This statement serves to fulfil our information obligations under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA), in particular Art. 14, Art. 16, Art. 17 and Art. 24 DSA, where applicable.

3. Notice procedure for illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)
If you consider content on our website (e.g. in blog comments, reviews or chats) to be illegal, you can notify us of this at any time at info@noraelhindi-artofbeauty.de report. Please provide the following information in your report:
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal.
- A precise indication (URL/link) of the content concerned.
- Your name and e-mail address (except for reports concerning offences against sexual self-determination).
- A declaration that you are acting in good faith and that your information is correct and complete.
We examine every report carefully and decide promptly and in a non-arbitrary manner. You will receive a confirmation of receipt as well as a reasoned decision upon completion of the examination.
4. Beschwerdemechanismus / internes Beschwerdemanagement (Art. 20 DSA)
Should you disagree with a measure taken by us – such as a blocking of your contribution, the deletion of your account or the rejection of your report – you can, within 6 Monaten ab Bekanntgabe unserer Entscheidung Beschwerde einlegen:

We re-examine complaints within a reasonable period, where appropriate with the involvement of qualified staff who were not involved in the original decision.
5. Out-of-court dispute settlement (Art. 21 DSA)
You have the right to call upon a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to resolve disputes regarding our decisions. A list of certified bodies is published by the European Commission. This does not have any binding effect.
6. Trusted flaggers (Art. 22 DSA)
Reports from „Trusted Flaggers" certified by the Digital Services Coordinator are processed with priority and without delay.
7. Measures against misuse (Art. 23 DSA)
We reserve the right, after a prior warning, to suspend temporarily or permanently accounts that repeatedly post manifestly illegal content or submit unfounded reports / complaints.

9. Transparency and average active recipients
We are a small enterprise within the meaning of Art. 19 DSA and are therefore not subject to the extensive transparency obligations of very large online platforms. However, we voluntarily publish annually an overview of the reports received by us and our decisions.
10. Advertising (Art. 26 DSA)
Insofar as advertising is displayed on our website, it is labelled as „Advertisement". We do not use personalised advertising towards minors.
11. Empfehlungssysteme (Art. 27 DSA)
Sorting and recommendation logics on our website (e.g. „Popular treatments") are based on sales frequency and manual curation by the studio – they do not use profiling.
12. Status and amendments
This statement is reviewed as required, but at least annually, and adapted to legal changes.
