Withdrawal instructions

Applies to consumers for the online purchase of goods via this shop (in accordance with Art. 246a § 1 EGBGB and § 312g BGB).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within vierzehn Tagen without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to § 312g para. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not exist not in the case of contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive;
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (e.g. opened cosmetics);
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
• for the provision of services (e.g. treatment appointments) where the service has been fully performed, provided that you previously expressly agreed that performance should begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and that you confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
