We ship your skincare products from Trier — within Germany, to the EU and worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the destination zone and are shown to you in the cart before you submit your order.

Deliveries outside the EU
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs and import duties as well as processing fees may apply in the destination country. These are to be borne by the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. The amount depends on the regulations of the destination country; we cannot calculate it in advance.
Please also note that some countries subject the import of cosmetic products to their own approval or labelling requirements. If you are unsure whether a product may be imported into your country, just send us a short message beforehand at info@noraelhindi-artofbeauty.de — we'll sort it out together before you order.
Countries we do not ship to
We currently cannot deliver to the following countries because the shipping route is not reliably available or because export restrictions apply: Afghanistan, Belarus, Haiti, Iran, Yemen, Cuba, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, South Sudan, Venezuela.
Shipping method and packaging
We ship with DHL or Deutsche Post. Skincare products are sent in cardboard packaging with padding material. Within Germany you get tracking; for international small parcels, tracking is not available in some destination zones — this is shown in the table above.
Returns
Du hast ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht. Die Einzelheiten und das Widerrufsformular findest du in der Withdrawal instructions. You bear the costs of the return; for deliveries outside the EU, customs formalities may arise again in the process.
