Product Shop for Men

Two products. Morning and evening. Done.

One cleansing product, one care product — the daily routine needs nothing more. Below are four ready-combined pairs for four typical situations. Where a manufacturer expressly provides for a further step, it is stated there. Personally put together by Nora El Hindi.

Why men's skin needs its own routine

Men's skin is thicker and more stressed: coarser pores, more sebum, plus shaving every day. And most of the time it is not cleansed properly — that is exactly where it starts. That is why cleansing comes first here, and not the most expensive serum.

The two-product basis

Pick the situation that applies to you. Each pair consists of exactly one cleansing product and one care product — both morning and evening.

You haven't used anything at all so far

In the bathroom there is one shower gel for everything. You have never had a face product.

Good to know: Neither text requires a further product. Nu Skin additionally recommends a sunscreen in the morning.

The forehead is already shiny by midday

Pores on the nose and cheeks are visible to the naked eye, and after a few hours the face feels coated again.

Good to know: According to the text, the cleansing gel is “particularly suitable for normal to oily and blemished skin”. The care gel is for “skin that tends towards shine, enlarged pores and blemishes” — it mattifies instead of drying out.

Red and tight after shaving

Neck and chin burn after shaving, and most of what you have tried so far has tended to make it worse.

Good to know: Many men use the SOFT CLEANSER for shaving — instead of shaving foam. It dissolves skin oils and sebum without drying out, and soothes with lavender, allantoin and Panthenol. Then the cream, in the morning sunscreen as well. With a beard: the RECOVERY OIL further down.

A lot of time outdoors — and mornings have to be quick

You work or train outdoors, your face gets sun every day, and you never apply two separate products for care and sunscreen.

Good to know: The day care has SPF 30 and, according to the text, replaces separate sunscreen — but it is expressly the morning care. In the evening you need one of the two other creams.

Not sure which pair? The Men’s Skin Check clarifies your skin type in 45 minutes and sets the routine. If you want to learn it yourself: Skin workshop for men.

When two products are not enough

Right at the front the RECOVERY OIL — men with a beard use it for the skin under the beard when it is dry, flaky or irritated. Behind it, active-ingredient serums for a specific concern: sebum and blemishes, or reddened skin. A serum goes on after cleansing and before care.

Sunscreen for the face

Two filters for the face: SPF 20 as an oil-free lotion for every morning, SPF 50 as a grease-free fluid in pocket format.
