General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Nora El Hindi - Art of Beauty (hereinafter "Provider") and consumers or traders that are concluded via this website.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. The contract is concluded through express booking confirmation.

§ 3 Stornierungen

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. In the case of later cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price.

§ 4 Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the end of the year of the purchase date (§ 195 BGB). Cash payout is not possible.

§ 5 Online Shop

For orders in the online shop, the additional shipping and payment conditions displayed during the ordering process apply.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the online purchase of goods. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of fully performed services to which the customer has expressly consented.

§ 7 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as in accordance with the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable for damages arising from injury to life, body and health of persons.

§ 8 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
