Detailed product description

Food supplement with vitamins (C, B6, B12) and glucomannan and core product of the TRME weight management kit. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of a low-calorie diet. Pack of 90 sachets (102 g).

Recommendation: 3 g of glucomannan daily in 3 doses of 1 g each, each with 1-2 glasses of water 15-20 minutes before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet. Recommended with the TRME M-Bars and the Body Balance Guide.

Root extract from Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch (glucomannan) (3 g/3 sachets), sodium L-ascorbate, medium-chain triglycerides, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin. Per 3 sachets: vitamin C 36 mg (45 % NRV), vitamin B6 0.63 mg (45 %), vitamin B12 1.14 ug (46 %), glucomannan 3 g. Vegan, gluten-free. Stir one sachet into at least 250 ml of water 3x daily, 15-20 min. before meals.
