DERMICA ampoules – active-ingredient power tailored to your skin's needs
For each treatment I specifically select the right DERMICA ampoules and combine them where needed. All concentrates were developed for use in conjunction with microneedling.
- HA Repair Solution – intensive moisture supply. Two Hyaluronic acids with high and low molecular weight simultaneously provide a protective moisture film on the surface and deeper hydration from within. The complexion looks smoother, plumper and fresher.
- Lifting Solution – Firming & tightness. With Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) and organic silicon, this solution supports a firmer, smoother-looking complexion, visually reduces fine lines and improves elasticity.
- Revitalizing Solution – more radiance & elasticity. ATP and Copper gluconate help to support cell activity, revitalise the skin and boost its resilience, radiance and elasticity. Hyaluronic acid contributes to a hydrated, smoother-looking complexion.
- Acne Care Solution – for blemish-prone skin. With Calendula, Zinc, Witch hazel and Salicylic acid, the appearance of redness, blemishes and oily, acne-prone skin is visually improved. The skin looks clearer and more balanced.
- Whitening Solution – for a more even-looking complexion. Kojic acid, Liquorice, Salicylic acid and mulberry root extract are used to improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation and to make the complexion look more even and radiant.
- Hair Care Solution – Scalp & hair treatment. This solution with Panthenol, Biotin, Caffeine, Ginkgo and copper peptides is used in special scalp treatments and supports a more vital-looking, fuller-appearing hair.
In addition, body treatments use, for example, Firming or AdipoZon solutions, which make the appearance of cellulite-prone skin and contour irregularities look visibly smoother and more even.
As a soothing finish after needling I like to use the Hydra Gel Mask from DERMICA. It cools, hydrates and calms the skin after intensive treatments such as microneedling, laser or peelings and leaves a well-cared-for, fresh skin feeling.

What is microneedling good for?
Microneedling has established itself not only as an anti-aging method, it also helps with many kinds of skin problems. These include, among others, large-pored or oily skin, couperose (fine visible veins showing through), pigmentation spots, scars, acne, stretch marks and visible sun damage.
How long does the effect of microneedling last?
To achieve an optimal result with micro-needling, I recommend at least 3–5 treatments at intervals of about 3–4 weeks. How long the result lasts is individual and depends on the skin's condition. Sunken scars can be visually softened – the result is individual, without guarantee.
What do dermatologists say about microneedling?
Microneedling is an effective and safe treatment method for improving the skin's appearance and in particular for treating skin changes such as scars (acne scars), burn scars, wrinkles as well as age-related changes in the face and décolleté area and pigmentation.
Can microneedling firm the skin?
After microneedling the skin looks firmer and fuller and the overall complexion improves – resulting in a visible anti-aging effect.
Who is microneedling not suitable for?
If there are skin infections caused by viruses or bacteria, or acne, a treatment is not advisable. If your skin is very sensitive or you suffer from active acne, it is better to refrain from the microneedling treatment. The procedure is likewise not recommended for sore or inflamed skin, rashes, herpes or rosacea/couperose.
What does the face look like after microneedling?
Usually the skin is reddened or slightly swollen after the treatment. In some clients, pinpoint, tiny bleedings may also occur, which however heal quickly. Occasionally, mild bruising is also possible.
When do you see the first results after microneedling?
The first results are usually visible after approx. 3–6 weeks – this is the window in which the skin texture begins to refine and the appearance of pores starts to reduce.
How painful is microneedling?
Most clients feel only a slight tingling or gentle pressure on the skin during the treatment. Overall, microneedling is therefore not painful. The treatment duration varies depending on the area and individual needs and usually lasts between 40 and 60 minutes.
Does microneedling have side effects?
Like all cosmetic treatment procedures, microneedling also carries risks. The most common side effect is a slight irritation of the skin that occurs immediately after the procedure.
Does microneedling make the skin thinner?
Cosmetic microneedling does not thin the skin, unlike so-called skin-ablating (ablative) treatment methods: laser, dermabrasion or peeling. On the contrary, the skin becomes noticeably more resilient to ageing processes and external environmental influences.
How long does the skin take to heal after microneedling?
On the first day the skin is reddened and slightly swollen; within the next three days the redness disappears and the skin may flake. The visible healing process is complete after 7 days. The skin then continues to heal for another 21 days, although this is no longer visible.
Important: results are individual and depend, among other things, on skin condition, care and rhythm.

For men's skin
Men's skin is often more robust, more sebum-active or particularly stressed by shaving and the beard area. The treatment is tailored individually to skin condition, pore appearance, skin structure and care goal. The beard area is taken into account individually – please do not shave aggressively right before the appointment. In case of razor burn, inflammation or open areas, no treatment takes place.

A treatment course is suitable when the refinement of the complexion is to be built up over several appointments – the recommendation is made based on skin condition, skin goal and tolerance.

Before & after the appointment
After: Do not wash for 5–12 hours (12 is ideal) · no make-up and no sunscreen for 48 hours, afterwards only once approved · days 1–5 only the products provided · no retinoids until approved · no sauna, no solarium, no sunbathing, no swimming pool/seawater for 7–10 days · no sweat-inducing exercise for at least 3 days · no Botox/filler for 2–3 weeks after the last session.
