ExoPDRN Solution
The latest generation of DERMICA actives. Rather than short-term effects, the aim is to support the skin’s natural functions for as long as possible. Vegan and fragrance-free.
What I use it for

Whitening Solution
With kojic acid, liquorice and mulberry root – for a more even and more radiant-looking complexion.
What I use it for
- pigment and age spots on face, neck, décolleté and hands
- blotchy, uneven complexion
- dark marks left behind by blemishes
- discolouration after sun exposure
The goal: A more even, clearer-looking complexion. After needling the skin is more light-sensitive – in high summer I only work with it alongside consistent sun protection; the treatment is ideal from autumn. Not suitable for very dark skin types.

- Kojic acid and Liquorice root – act on tyrosinase, an enzyme involved in melanin formation.
- Salicylic acid – a beta hydroxy acid that loosens dead skin flakes at the surface.
- Retinylpalmitat – a form of vitamin A.

The stronger body solution with brown algae and enzymes – the appearance of cellulite skin looks more even and firmer.
What I use it for
- more pronounced cellulite appearance

FAQ – Premium needling with DERMICA GoldPen
What is microneedling good for?
Microneedling has established itself not only as an anti-aging method, it also helps with many kinds of skin problems. These include, among others, large-pored or oily skin, couperose (fine visible veins showing through), pigmentation spots, scars, acne, stretch marks and visible sun damage.
How long does the effect of microneedling last?
To achieve an optimal result with micro-needling, I recommend at least 3–5 treatments at intervals of about 3–4 weeks. How long the result lasts is individual and depends on the skin's condition. Sunken scars can be visually softened – the result is individual, without guarantee.
What do dermatologists say about microneedling?
Microneedling is an effective and safe treatment method for improving the skin's appearance and in particular for treating skin changes such as scars (acne scars), burn scars, wrinkles as well as age-related changes in the face and décolleté area and pigmentation.
Can microneedling firm the skin?
After microneedling the skin looks firmer and fuller and the overall complexion improves – resulting in a visible anti-aging effect.
Who is microneedling not suitable for?
If there are skin infections caused by viruses or bacteria, or acne, a treatment is not advisable. If your skin is very sensitive or you suffer from active acne, it is better to refrain from the microneedling treatment. The procedure is likewise not recommended for sore or inflamed skin, rashes, herpes or rosacea/couperose.
What does the face look like after microneedling?
Usually the skin is reddened or slightly swollen after the treatment. In some clients, pinpoint, tiny bleedings may also occur, which however heal quickly. Occasionally, mild bruising is also possible.
When do you see the first results after microneedling?
The first results are usually visible after approx. 3–6 weeks – this is the window in which the skin texture begins to refine and the appearance of pores starts to reduce.
How painful is microneedling?
Most clients feel only a slight tingling or light pressure on the skin during the treatment. Overall, microneedling is therefore not painful. The treatment takes approx. 75 minutes, or approx. 90 minutes for three areas.
Does microneedling have side effects?
Like all cosmetic treatment procedures, microneedling also carries risks. The most common side effect is a slight irritation of the skin that occurs immediately after the procedure.
Does microneedling make the skin thinner?
Cosmetic microneedling does not thin the skin, unlike so-called skin-ablating (ablative) treatment methods: laser, dermabrasion or peeling. On the contrary, the skin becomes noticeably more resilient to ageing processes and external environmental influences.
How long does the skin take to heal after microneedling?
On the first day the skin is reddened and slightly swollen; within the next three days the redness disappears and the skin may flake. The visible healing process is complete after 7 days. The skin then continues to heal for another 21 days, although this is no longer visible.
Important: results are individual and depend, among other things, on skin condition, care and rhythm.

For women
For clients who want a fresher, smoother and more refined-looking complexion. Depending on the skin condition, the treatment can be tailored to glow, moisture, texture, pore appearance or more mature-looking skin – available as a Glow, Hydration, Pores-&-Texture, Anti-Aging or Premium Intensive variant.
For men's skin
Men's skin is often more robust, more sebum-active or particularly stressed by shaving and the beard area. The treatment is tailored individually to skin condition, pore appearance, skin structure and care goal. The beard area is taken into account individually – please do not shave aggressively right before the appointment. In case of razor burn, inflammation or open areas, no treatment takes place.
Additional zones can be booked: neck +30 € · neck + décolleté +100 € · partial area by arrangement from 49 €. Treatment time approx. 75 min, or approx. 90 min for three areas. A course is suitable when the refinement of the complexion is to be built up across several appointments – the recommendation is based on skin condition, skin goal and tolerance.
