How do I find the right treatment?
Book a 30-min skin analysis — free and with no obligation. We analyse your skin type and recommend a suitable concept.
Do I need a health questionnaire before the first treatment?
Yes — for many device-based treatments (microneedling, plasma, intensive peels) a completed health questionnaire is required for your safety. You can fill it in online in advance in your account.
Can I go back to work straight after the treatment?
For most treatments, yes. Microneedling and intensive peels have a redness phase of 1-3 days — we discuss everything important with you beforehand.
How can I pay?
Cash, debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SumUp. Gift vouchers can also be redeemed.
Can I reschedule appointments free of charge?
Yes, up to 24 hours in advance. For short-notice cancellations (<24h) we charge 50% of the treatment price.
