Choose your favourite products. Every month (or every 2 months) they are automatically delivered & paid for.

2. Collect product points

With every order you receive 20% (months 1–12) or 30% (from month 13) of your Sales Volume (SV) as product points.

3. Redeem free products

Redeem points for products of the same or lower SV – with some lines that can be a complete product per month.

Cancel at any time

No minimum term, no minimum order. You can pause up to 3× per year without any consequences.

Requirement: after deductions, the ADR order reaches at least 50 PSV. Cap: max. 75 PP/month, 900 PP/year. Points expire after 13 months.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is ADR?
ADR = "Automatic Delivery Rewards". You choose products, NuSkin delivers them automatically every month or every 2 months. With every order you receive product points as a loyalty reward.
Which products are not eligible for ADR?
Sets, kits, collections, promotional items and reduced products are excluded from earning ADR points. They are marked with "0 PP" in the price list.
Can I pause the delivery?
Yes, up to 3× per calendar year without cancelling. Just adjust it online or via customer service at least 5 working days before delivery.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel completely, all collected product points expire immediately. If you only pause, your points are kept. Reactivating starts at 0 again, though (except within the same month).
How many points can I earn at most?
Maximum 75 PP per month per market and 900 PP per year. Points expire 13 months after being earned (with a 30-day restoration period).
How do I pay?
Credit card/debit card (automatic collection), SEPA direct debit or bank transfer (2–3 working days before dispatch). Delivery only starts once payment has been received.
Shipping costs?
Standard (online/phone/email/pickup point/home delivery): 4.99 EUR incl. VAT. Express shipping: 14.39 EUR.
